Privacy Notice

Last reviewed: 26 October 2026.

This notice explains how enquiries sent through the Bruno Fioli website are handled. The website presents services provided by Bruno Figueiredo de Oliveira, based in Victoria, Australia. For privacy questions, contact bruno@fioli.com.au.

Information You Provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Your business name is optional. These details are used to understand your request, reply to you and discuss any work you choose to pursue. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Please share only what is needed for an initial enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer or employee records. You can email Bruno directly if the form is unavailable.

Hosting, Spam Protection and Email

Cloudflare hosts the form and provides Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information, which can include your IP address, browser information and details of your interaction with the website. Your enquiry passes through Cloudflare and is delivered to Bruno's Fastmail mailbox.

The form's separate anti-abuse database stores a request reference, keyed hashes, a time and a delivery state. It does not store your name, email address or message. These records help limit spam and avoid accidental duplicate sends. The enquiry text is stored as email in Fastmail.

Cloudflare and Fastmail may process information outside Australia. Their service infrastructure, logs, backups and retention arrangements are described in their own policies: Cloudflare privacy policy, Turnstile privacy information and Fastmail privacy policy.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The website uses local storage to remember whether you have turned background tilt on or off. This preference remains until you change it or clear the website's browser data. It does not contain your enquiry text or email address. The hero sound setting is not saved between visits.

The form stores a random enquiry reference in your browser's session storage to help prevent accidental resubmission. It does not put your message or email address in that storage. Session storage is normally cleared when the browser tab or session ends; a browser may restore it when restoring a session.

Cloudflare's security services may also use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Their processing is explained in the provider policies linked above. You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser settings. Blocking storage or security features may affect the form or prevent your preferences from being remembered. You can still contact Bruno by email.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to respond, discuss possible work, resolve an ongoing matter or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to any legal requirement to retain it. Records relating to client work may need to be retained for different periods from initial enquiries.

Deletion from the active mailbox does not mean immediate removal from service-provider backups or logs, which follow their own retention arrangements. Anti-abuse records older than 48 hours are removed when a valid enquiry request triggers cleanup; they may remain longer when the form receives no traffic.

Access, Correction and Privacy Questions

You can request access to information about an enquiry you have sent, ask for a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing bruno@fioli.com.au. Include enough information to identify the enquiry, but do not send identity documents in your initial request. Bruno will respond to clarify the request and explain any records that need to be retained.

Changes

This notice will be updated if the enquiry process changes. The published version will show when it was last reviewed.
